Our Quality

Quality Test Conducted on Each Pallet

We subject each of our steel pallets to comprehensive quality test outlined below:

Raw materials and consumables are procured from renowned companies like SAIL, Arcelor Mittal, Tata, Corus, and other manufacturers that conform to international / NABL-approved labs.
Dimensional report for incoming, process, end product, etc.
Load test to check the load products can carry.
LPI, MPI, etc. testing on joints is done.
Drop test to check if products conform to safety standards and whether deformation is within permissible limits.
Surface preparation and checking of edges, rust removal, grinding, sandblasting, etc. to conform to the required surface finish before painting.
The paints DFT is checked with quality certificates from the manufacturers
Visual inspection.
Specific tests if demanded by the customers.

Order Process Chart

We have devised an order process chart that is outlined below:

Inquiry received from the customers with or without design
In-house designers/engineers communicate with the customers to discuss their exact requirements.
If the design is not provided, we develop the product design
Sending product sketch
a. Making the necessary changes, if any
b. Getting approval from the customer
Finalization of orders with technical and commercial details.
Raw material procurement and provision for inspection (if needed)
Start of the production, in-line inspection, and finished product inspection in consonance with the quality plan and process sheet
Finalizing the finished products for packing and delivery including quality clearance by the customers.
